In addition to complementing and further enhancing the skills already learned at this level, is recommended for those who iwants to improve his level to a professional and to become an active participant in leading freediving events, such as international competitions. This course is also the last step before the instructor level, so if you are planning to become freediving instructor, this course will open for you not only the most advanced techniques and theory, you will learn how to plan and execute training sessions, coach and support others and how to act responsibly as a freediver. You will learn about specific fitness training for freediving and nutrition, as well as very advanced equalization techniques. After completing the course, you may act as assistant to an AIDA instructor.

*to be a AIDA **** FREEDIVER you need to have a current rescue certification from any association. You can also accomplish EFR course with us.
