With AIDA * you are introduced to the freediving world, you will learn the very basics skills. What is freediving, what kind of equipment is needed? You will understand more about what's happening in your body during the apnea. AIDA * is recommended for those with no previous diving experience.

The AIDA ** is a good starting point for who had previous diving background or who feel at ease in the water. You will learn some relaxation techniques, physiology, theory, safety and practice skills in open water, apply to different freediving disciplines. After this course you will have all the keys to freedive in safe way.

• Static Breath and hold Dynamique session.
• 3 open water freediving sessions.

The AIDA *** is for a student wanting learn ”how to train properly”. You will see which physical aspects allow or limit our diving performance. You will be encouraged to take more responsibility and increase your awareness of yourself and your dive buddy. You will learn how to train effectively and learn advanced drills and equalization techniques.

The course includes:

• 3 open water session
• Static Breath and hold Dynamique session.
• 3 theory session.

MAX DEPTH: 32 m

AIDA **** 4 days freediving course*: 320 euros (egytp) / 11700 Baht (Thailand)

In addition to complementing and further enhancing the skills already learned at this level, is recommended for those who wish to become active participants in organizing or leading diving events and becoming instructors. Besides learning the most advanced techniques and theory, you will learn how to plan and execute training sessions, coach and support others and how to act responsibly as a freediver. You will learn about fitness training for freediving and nutrition, as well very advanced equalization techniques. After completing the course, you may act as assistant to an AIDA instructor.

*to be a AIDA **** FREEDIVER you need to have a current rescue certification from any association.

Blue Immersion Master freediving Course: 490 euros (Egypt) / 25 000 Baht (Thailand)

The Blue Immersion Master course is a 3-4 weeks course:

To enroll on this course you must be AIDA*** certified or an equivalence and have a strong motivation to improve your freediving skills.

During the weeks of training you will be coached on how to improve on the following:  dry, aerobic, and anaerobic training, stretching, breathing, relaxation technique and diet, how to build the muscles needed for freediving and refine the different freediving disciplines (static apnea, free immersion, constant weight fin/no fin, dynamic fin/ no fin), with no limitation of depth. In addition you will learn how to train with or without a buddy in and out of the water and be a proper coach for your partner.  This intense training will serve to challenge you and reach for the best within you.  

Together with your instructor you will plan your 4 to 6 week training. Instructor will assist in interpreting your results and providing guidance in your progress. You will be required to track your daily results in a freediving logbook.

The Blue immersion Master will also prepare you for the next step...The AIDA instructor course.

As an AIDA **** you will act as an assistant to the instructor during their freediving courses. You will be able to experience all the teaching aspects; pedagogy (common mistakes, how to correct a student etc...) and all the theories you will need to be an AIDA free-dive instructor.

AIDA Competition Freediver 80 euros
AIDA Competition Freediver is a course for anyone who plans to do an AIDA Competition for the first time and want to know more about how it works. You will go through all the competition rules and procedures in the classroom before experiencing them in open water and in the pool. So you really get a feeling for how it will be on the D day!!!

AIDA Safety Freediver 80 euros
AIDA safety Freediver is for anyone wants to learn more about different techniques or wants to participate in competitions as a safety freediver. You will experiment the different scenarios in open water and in the pool. After this course you will have the confidence to respond correctly to any emergency situation.

Emergengy First Responder 90 euros
Emergency First Responder is for anyone want to learn more about the different techniques of rescue in real life (car accident, drowning, heart attack etc.). You will experiment with the different scenarios possible. After this course you will have the confidence to respond correctly to any emergency situation.

Personal coaching day price on request
A nice opportunity to train in freediving, with experienced instructor in any discipline.  With depths exceeding 90 meters close to the shore.We Provide rope,buoy,equipement and oxygen for decompression.

A coach will be supervising you in your dive to give you good tips to improve your depth and technique in a safe way.

Possibility of 2 sessions per day in Light House or the BLue Hole.
